I think Loreal is the best all around makeup line that you can purchase in a drug store. They make great eyeliner and foundation. Some good choices are Voluminous Mistake-Proof Marker Eyeliner, True Match Super Blendable Makeup, Cashmere Perfect and Infallible Never Fail Makeup.
